We are a car rental and management company based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

We have many different sides of our business but most of it is broken into 2 parts, our rentals, and our car management. Our rental side consists of renting cars out to our client who are flying into town and need a car to use while they are here. Our car management side is us taking on other people's cars and renting them on their behalf and paying them the rental income as we manage it for them.

Job Description

Car Washers and Detailers create the client’s first impression of the company & are a crucial part of our organization to allow us to fulfill our mission.

Your daily task will include preparing cars for rentals, cleaning and detailing cars on a schedule, filling out forms, checking in cars after rentals, and other similar tasks.

All the materials, scheduling, and systems are pre-built and you will receive daily, training to master them and continuously fine-tune your skills.

Golden Luxury Auto's senior detailers are to focus entirely on client experience and making sure each rental is ready to go. Our detailers are the face of the company many times.

In that, senior detailers are expected to, for lack of a better word, hustle.

We expect our detailers to work as long and as hard as it takes to meet their goals and finish each task they start.

What This Job Entails

Full & Part-time position: between 30-50 hours a week depending on schedule.

Compensation

The Golden Luxury Auto Team decides how much money they make based on the value they provide to the organization.

OTE Falls Between 3K - 7K/month. Paid Weekly

A pre-agreed hourly pay will be paid and will be increased over time with the company and who well of a job our detailers do.

There will also be bonus incentives to hit each month and ways to earn more money than your base pay.
